Recruiter - RW Pilot Team
Med-Trans, AEL, RCH (Global Medical Response)
As the Rotor Wing recruiting team continues to evolve and service rotor aviation stakeholders across all GMR rotor brands there is an opportunity for an entry-mid level recruiter to complement our experienced team. This role is a developmental opportunity to grow your recruiting skill sets and help keep our rotor team organized and efficient as we increase candidate sharing, further standardize team best practices across brands, and continue to market GMR's opportunities at industry trade shows and aviation networking events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Responsible for all areas of pilot recruiting as dictated by team needs
- Regularly reviews all pilot job descriptions for necessary revisions, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- In coordination with TA Manager direction, assists with specific and targeted creative recruitment strategies using a variety of means in order to identify and develop candidates from various sources.
- Will develop into a full life-cycle recruiter to include; sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, notification to candidate, offer letters etc.
- Provides information to potential pilot candidates about the Company, culture, benefits and growth opportunities
- Acts as point-of-contact with all hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process
- Will help coordinate and/or attends recruiting events, job fairs, pilot conferences, etc.
- Ensures adequate pilot recruitment advertisement in all venues as budgets dictate, per TA Manager guidance.
Assists with all other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Absolutely must be both willing and capable of constant communication via telephone for screening, candidate calls and hiring manager interface.
- Must develop the ability to source, evaluate and engage with top talent, generating interest and funneling qualified applicants and candidates into Company talent pipelines
- Willingness and ability to travel to relevant industry events as necessary, including occasional overnights and weekends
- Ability to coordinate and/or assist with interviews as needed
- Solid interpersonal and group communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Previous aviation operations or aviation recruiting experience
Part 135 helicopter air ambulance experience
The approximate starting salary range for this role will be 62,000 - 72,000 annually, DOE.
