Risk One HR Consulting is looking for an Receptionist for our client, responsible for carrying out different administrative and clerical tasks, among others. Requirements:
Work experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Team Oriented.
Self-driven.
Professional attitude.
Proficient in Spanish & English.
Responsabilities:
Greet and assist visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer and manage phone calls effectively.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping, labels and distributing incoming mail.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and copying, and other office duties as assigned.
Assist in any coordination of services with our external providers (phone and computers technician).
Any other task or tasks that the company may require.
