DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services. Serve as the first point of contact for all calls, walk-ins, and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
Assist with walk-in traffic and ensure all guests are greeted professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and voicemails for multiple locations (West Fargo, North Fargo, Sign Solutions USA, and remote branches).
Track and report calls and emails from website requests for estimates.
Keep the office safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Manage tasks like copying, faxing, filing, and sorting incoming mail.
Order, stock, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Handle distribution of office supplies and assist with catering, beverages, etc., for meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Finance, as needed
Experience and Skills Required: One plus years experience in an administrative role, preferred.
