Receptionist

A leading Missoula auto body shop with a commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. Work for a great company that provides opportunity for growth!

Why you want this position:

Wage: $17 to $18/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (will be transitioning to 4-10s in the New Year)

Essential Functions and Duties:

Greet the customers as they arrive and make them comfortable
Answer incoming phone calls, provide information for callers, distribute calls and messages to appropriate persons in a timely manner
Keep front office organized and clutter free
Check in vehicles for repairs and ensure Authorizations are signed
Log insurance assignments and notify customers to come to the shop for an estimate
Make daily reminder calls for the next day’s appointments
When needed, assist with processing payments

Qualifications:

Multi-task and detail-oriented skill set
Data entry skill set (will utilize CCC One Management system to initiate, log, and track internal and external communications, access and track reports, and audit claims)
Knowledge of Windows Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills, including but not limited to, documentation, follow-up and ability to prioritize
