About the role:

As a Receptionist, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills on a daily basis to manage our multi-line phone system, greet clients, and perform general administrative duties. You will need to be proficient in using general office equipment, such as a copy machine, and have the ability to manage multiple phone lines while prioritizing tasks. Additionally, if you have experience working in a healthcare or assisted living setting, or are bilingual in English and Spanish, these skills will be beneficial in this role.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare or assisted living setting
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls using our multi-line phone system
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Manage multiple phone lines and ensure that all calls are answered promptly and professionally
  • Assist with other general office duties as needed
