About the role: As a Receptionist, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills on a daily basis to manage our multi-line phone system, greet clients, and perform general administrative duties. You will need to be proficient in using general office equipment, such as a copy machine, and have the ability to manage multiple phone lines while prioritizing tasks. Additionally, if you have experience working in a healthcare or assisted living setting, or are bilingual in English and Spanish, these skills will be beneficial in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare or assisted living setting
