Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to build a pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct market research to provide clients with current and accurate information.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork for real estate transactions.
Host open houses and showings to showcase properties to potential buyers.
Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent client service.
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and relevant real estate laws.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License in Colorado.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and strategies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
