Position Summary
The Night Watch/Security position will keep an active watch over the horses as well as any traffic on the property.

The Night Watch/Security position will keep an active watch over the horses as well as any traffic on the property.
Responsibilities include:
- Patrol facility ground in company provided vehicle
- Perform foot patrols both indoor and outdoor
- Serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime
- Monitor horses, keeping an eye out for an animal in distress
- Alert the appropriate person if a horse is in distress
- Water horses throughout the night
- Call Police or Fire Department in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Good driving record, so that you may be added to the companys auto insurance as a driver
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Ability to walk/stand for long stretches of time
- Ability to lift 20lbs or more.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Shift is 7 days on from 5pm to 5am, with the next full 7 days off
- Hourly pay starting at $15/hour
- Full benefits to include Health insurance with a small bi-weekly employee portion

- 401k benefit after only 60 days of service, with a 6% match
- 10 days of PTO your first year
