What You Will Do
- Ensure Quality: Perform inspections to spot defects and variations from our standards. Communicate any issues to operators on production lines right away to ensure top-notch quality in every product.
- Document Findings: Keep track of conformance and non-conforming issues on a set schedule.
- Spot Problems Early: Identify incorrect or damaged products before they reach final packaging and set them aside for further review.
- Validate Processes: Check and measure production standards at key points and document your findings.
- Daily Reporting: File daily audit results at the end of each shift to keep everything in order.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your team to support operational excellence and total customer satisfaction.
- Be Adaptable: Take on other duties as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What You Will Bring
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with good computer literacy.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in production within the printing industry is a big plus.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with MIS software like Excel is desired.
