Drive Quality Control: Perform quality inspections to uphold our high standards.
Lead Compliance Audits: Ensure all services meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.
Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to address feedback and provide resolution to any validated concerns.
Reporting Excellence: Maintain detailed inspection reports through our ABM SITE system.
Performance Metrics: Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to clients as outlined in their contracts.
Data-Driven Insights: Compile and present clear, actionable Quality Assurance updates.
Education and/or Experience
Education: GED or High School diploma required; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology for inspections and reporting.
Flexibility: Adaptable with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
