What You'll Do:
  • Lead HR Operations: Drive excellence in HR solutions, from benefits administration to systems management, ensuring a seamless employee experience

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 8+ years in HR operations, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications: HR credentials (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Systems Expertise: Deep knowledge of HRIS platforms, particularly Workday
  • Technical Mastery: Proven track record in process improvement and HR technology implementation
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grasp of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Leadership Excellence: Outstanding ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams
  • Project Management: Exceptional skill in managing multiple complex initiatives
  • Communication: Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable HR strategies
  • Change Management: Experience leading successful transformation initiatives
