QMAP/Caregiver
## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities. QMAP is not required but would be a great asset!
## Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents following the prescribed dosage and frequency
- Maintain accurate records of medication dosages and times administered
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Monitor residents for any changes in health condition and report to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary
## Experience
- Previous experience in long-term care facilities, retirement homes, or home community care settings is preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration systems and protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
