Job Title:Project Superintendent - Mission Critical Facilities Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, manufacturing plants, and similar high-stakes projects. The role involves extensive travel to various project sites, with limited time at home. Location: This role requires significant travel across various project sites nationwide, with home visits expected about once per month. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily on-site construction operations for mission-critical projects, including data centers and manufacturing plants.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site labor, and project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
Manage project timelines, adjusting for any delays or unexpected changes.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct daily site inspections to guarantee quality control and effective problem resolution.
Document project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
Manage site logistics, including resource allocation and site safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in construction, with an emphasis on mission-critical facilities (data centers, manufacturing plants, etc.).
Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.
