We are an award-winning Construction company that has quickly established itself as a market leader in the Multi-Family and Residential space. Our 70-person company has had great success for the 25+ years that we have been around.
We specialize in a very diverse portfolio of projects including Townhomes, Apartments, Custom Homes, etc. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry preferably working on similar projects.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-family and residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Multi-Family and Residential Construction
- Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up developments and renovations
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
