Position Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service operations effectively. This role includes coordinating with various departments to meet client needs and fostering strong relationships through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the route specialist, and route service representative team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
- Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide support as needed on routes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in a service sales role
- Proven experience in customer service and account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus.
