Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage our roofing and remodeling projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage costs to ensure financial objectives are met. Prepare and present financial reports as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and field staff. Provide clear instructions, support, and guidance to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Address any concerns, provide regular updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and industry regulations. Address any issues promptly to maintain quality and safety.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or remodeling industry. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
