Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within the construction industry, particularly focusing on hospital construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and activities
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and interpret construction drawings
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and upper management
- Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies throughout the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager- Experience with pediatric hospitals and occupied renovations is a big plus!
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
- Experience in subcontractor management and construction project oversight
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
