Summary:
Directs and oversees the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Responsibilities:
Defines the organization's project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering projects.
E stablishes project teams and distributes the project workload. Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization.
S ets and manages project expectations. Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.
H as extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments.
L eads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
S upervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.
C ontributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management. Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

M INIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.

N on-supervisory - Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in finance. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.
