Guardian Home Improvements is seeking a qualified, professional, and energetic Production Manager to lead our Exterior Home Remodeling division. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the production activities of roofing, siding, windows, and carpentry projects. This role is essential in maintaining high safety standards, enforcing quality control, and ensuring timely and efficient project completion. Guardian Home Improvements is a building envelope consulting and full-service construction firm proudly serving Southeastern Wisconsin. Specializing in both residential and commercial building technology consulting and turn-key construction services, Guardian focuses on preventing and resolving issues related to building design, specifications, and construction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with installation procedures.
Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees involved in exterior home remodeling projects.
Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to determine project requirements, production estimates, and output evaluations.
Coordinate and collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Plan and establish work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee production sequences to meet project goals.
Order materials and schedule deliveries for remodeling projects.
Demonstrate work processes and safety procedures to new employees.
Address employee concerns and resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide production teams.
Maintain operations data, including time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports.
Motivate employees and implement measures to improve production methods, product quality, and overall efficiency.
Requisition materials, equipment, and repair services as needed.
Recommend hiring and promotion actions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience and Education:
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and technology use.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 7:30 am - 4:30PM

Work Location:

Serving Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties
