Edge Electric Of WI, INC. is seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Installer to join our team. This role involves the installation and maintenance of low voltage systems, including Voice and Data, Fiber Optics, Security, Access Control, Wireless Systems, and Nurse Call. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems and be dedicated to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Installation of Pathways and Cabling: Install pathways and cabling for various low voltage systems.
Blueprint Analysis: Analyze blueprints effectively to gain knowledge of the job site.
Task Anticipation: Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment and procedures required.
Device Installation and Termination: Install and terminate peripheral devices.
System Programming and Testing: Program and test systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Customer Training: Provide training to customers on the appropriate systems.
Maintenance and Support: Perform maintenance, support, and service calls for installed systems.
Troubleshooting: Travel to various locations to replace or troubleshoot hardware equipment.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of work, delivery, and implementation of projects.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage systems (required).
Certification: BICSI Certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in installing and terminating low voltage devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
