Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform high-quality repairs on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior surfaces such as painting and coatings.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to roofing, siding, and window installations.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining open communication with homeowners and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, upholding safety standards at all times.
Identify and resolve any issues or repairs promptly to keep projects on schedule.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion and high standards of workmanship.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members when needed.
Ensure all repairs meet Guardian Home Improvement's quality standards and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, window installation, or related carpentry/repair work.
High-quality craftsmanship and an eye for detail.
Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
Pride in your workmanship and the ability to meet high standards.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are required.

Experience:

Roofing, Siding, Window Installation, Carpentry, Repair: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record (Required)

Schedule:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Work Location:

Serving Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties
