RJ Powersportsis looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our award-winning sales team for Polaris, Kawasaki and CF Moto. No Experience working in the motorsports industry? That's ok, we will train you, we just need that passion! Previous retail sales experience is a huge benefit! EARNING POTENTIAL Earning potential is limited only by your ability and willingness to be a Superstar. 5-Day work week, closed on Sunday and Mondays. Open Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday is mandatory, 8:30am to 3:30 pm. Take your evenings back for family, fun, and relaxation. Leave those auto dealership hours, retail store hours, working holidays and hassles behind! We pay weekly, on Friday and commissions once a month. JOB EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES At RJ Powersports our Sales Associates are directly responsible for selling units and meeting all volume and customer satisfaction standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with the General Manager to set and meet new/used unit sales goals by determining each customer's unique needs/wants by asking questions, listening and building a positive rapport to ensure their purchase experience is top notch!
