Sales Representative

High Noon Cannabis Co. based in Hatch, New Mexico is seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales of our high-quality products to dispensaries all over New Mexico.
If you are good, we can help you become great! If you are the #2 Salesperson at your current company, and only in that position because the best accounts are already taken, this is the opportunity for you!!!
Responsibilities and Duties:

Sell, Sell, Sell!
Our top-quality products will get you in the door. If you know how to close, you will be extremely successful. If you don’t, please do not apply.
You need to: be quick, responsive, and genuinely like people.
You need to be able to build trusted relationships with prospective accounts.
Follow sales guidelines, prospecting methods, and SOP’s provided by Harmony Extracts.
Bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Additional Requirements:

A proven successful track record of success in selling wholesale products to dispensaries in New Mexico.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle registered in New Mexico.
Must understand what it is to be fully compliant with all New Mexico regulations and all company policies.
Compensation:

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a lucrative commission structure.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday and as needed to be successful.
Weekends (as needed to meet sales goals and/or attend company events)
