Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to develop treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and help them achieve their physical wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their physical health
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective care for patients
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay current on new developments and best practices in physical therapy

Qualifications and Skills:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Empathy and compassion for patients struggling with physical limitations
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
