Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care for patients with physical disabilities or injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to help them improve mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent further injury.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct physical assessments of patients to determine their current physical limitations and abilities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals
Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation outside of therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Strong clinical skills and experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
