Sanitas Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time Patient Representative Coordinator for our East Nashville facility in Nashville, TN. This role involves managing patients’ healthcare and treatment needs while ensuring effective communication between patients and their healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet patients, directing them appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure satisfactory service.
Support patient flow and minimize wait times.
Address patient concerns and work with the Office Manager to resolve inquiries.
Complete pre-visit planning to confirm patient eligibility and accuracy of demographics.
Update registration forms and inform patients of required documentation.
Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at appointments.
Compile medical charts and interview patients for insurance forms.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and referrals.
Maintain patient confidentiality and secure health information.
Assist with daily patient flow and communicate patient status to management.
Order medical supplies as necessary and participate in department meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills and customer service training required.
1+ years of experience in the medical field required; 3+ years preferred.
Relevant vocational coursework preferred.

Physical Demands: This role regularly requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities and exposure to various environmental conditions.
