NOW HIRING: Patient Representative
Hours: MON-WED 8:30-5:30, THUR 8:30-4:30, FRI 8:30-12:30, 2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH FROM 9:00-11:00
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a friendly and caring individual to join our team. As the Patient Representative you will be the first person patients see when checking in and will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience! You will assist patients with inquiries, collecting payments, selling services and coordinating therapies.
Responsibilities:
*No prior medical office experience, no problem. we provide on-site job training!
*Must be able to pass background and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist in a friendly manner- non-negotiable, must have great customer service skills
- Answer phone calls and provide information regarding insurance and estimates for services
- Coordinate referrals from the VA clinic and PI attorneys
- Enter patient information and file all paperwork accordingly
- Start patients on therapies
- Comfortable with billing/collections and discussing financial responsibilies
- Comfortable selling products and services
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, office filings, faxing and answering phone calls and making call backs
- Comfortable and willing to be on camera for social media marketing and campaigns

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
