Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. Pay: $15.50 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person communications.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records within the medical office environment.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and documentation management.
- Previous experience in an office setting or medical office is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems for managing customer interactions.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cookeville, TN 38501 (Required)
- Cookeville, TN 38501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
