We are in search of a Patient Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a Full-time opportunity with great benefits!
The Full-time schedule will be:
Monday 8AM-5PM
Tuesday 8AM-5PM
Wednesday 7AM-1PM
Thursday 8AM-5PM
Occasional Fridays from 7AM-1PM

- Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Creating connections & relationships with others
- Ability to manage the phone & schedule for optimal productivity
- Treatment Planning and Presenting
- Time management & computer skills
- Mastery of dental insurance verification, coding, billing, & explanations
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done
- 1+ years administrative experience in a private dental practice (preferred)
- Experience with Dentrix Management Software (preferred)
