As a first point of contact, represents South County Health in a calm, caring and professional demeanor, welcoming patients and visitors at the Patient Information Desk. Assists patients and visitors by providing information and directions or obtaining or providing transport services in accordance with Hospital policies. Provides training support and coordinates the activity of the area Volunteers, under the direction of the Patient Experience & Volunteer Services Manager. This staff member also participates in Holiday Rotation Coverage.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent, some college preferred; basic computer skills required.
