Position Overview
Re New Dental Arts is looking for a personable and driven Patient Care Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming patients’ lives through full-arch dental implant treatments. Your ability to connect with people, demonstrate care and compassion, and leverage a strong sales background will be key to your success.
This is a full-time, in-office position, working Monday through Friday, where you’ll help guide patients through their dental implant journey, from the first call to the day of their procedure. Key Responsibilities Lead Management:
Monitor and manage all incoming leads via our marketing platform throughout the day, ensuring prompt responses.
Make follow-up calls, update lead statuses, and maintain detailed records in the platform.
New Patient Communication:
Answer incoming calls from prospective patients and provide a welcoming first impression.
Educate callers on our services and schedule consultations.
Patient Consultations:
Conduct in-office consultations to connect with patients, show genuine care, and discuss treatment options.
Guide patients through the financial and scheduling process, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Sales and Case Coordination:
Utilize your sales expertise to convert leads and consultations into scheduled treatments.
Communicate regularly with patients to maintain trust and address any questions or concerns.
Team Collaboration:
Assist the front office team with occasional administrative tasks, such as confirming appointments.
Support team goals by fostering a collaborative and positive office environment.
Qualifications
Strong background in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with people from all walks of life.
Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
No prior medical or dental experience is required; we provide all necessary training.
Work Schedule
Full-time: Monday through Friday (40 hours/week).
In-office only: No remote work.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 annually.
Commission: 1% of revenue from started cases.
