We’re hiring at our NEW Brookings location! Professional Hearing Services Inc. is looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator. Our purpose is to improve hearing to help people stay connected and to enable them to participate fully in life. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you contribute in many ways. Most importantly, you make the first impression on behalf of Professional Hearing Services Inc while connecting and interacting with our patients. Primary duties are patient reception, answering phones, maintaining the schedule, and optimizing patient experience by anticipating the needs of both the patient and provider. Scanning documents, entering invoices and collecting payments. Additional duties include maintaining referrals and the clinic email as well as maintaining intake paperwork. You will also learn how to perform hearing aid checks and cleanings. Requirements include a professional appearance, the ability to communicate clearly, ability to handle interruptions, attention to detail in all tasks and maintaining a kind and friendly attitude that creates a warm and welcome environment. Patient Care Coordinator Part-Time Schedule: Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm (with future opportunity for growth)
