Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the pre-operative and post-operative journey of our patients, as well as supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:

Patient Preparation & Documentation
Print and organize pre-op packets for patients, ensuring they receive all necessary materials.
Scheduling & Communication:
Schedule surgeries and coordinate pre- and post-op appointments.
Send pre/post-op instructions via email one week before surgery, confirm arrival times, and ensure pharmacy details are in place.
Manage deposits and payments, ensuring balances and deposits are paid
Send out surgery estimates post-consultation and maintain the consult status spreadsheet.
Surgery Day Support:
Assist with day-of-surgery tasks, arriving early to support both patients and surgical staff.
Social Media
Create engaging social media posts to highlight our services and patient success stories.

Potential Schedule:

Monday: 1-5 PM
Tuesday: 1-5 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM - 1 PM
Thursday: 8 AM - 12 PM
Friday: TBD

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in a medical or surgical setting preferred.
Comfortable with patient interactions and providing empathetic support.
Proficiency in using patient management software and social media platforms.
PLASTIC SURGERY OR MEDSPA EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

This position will start with full hours on January 6, 2025. Training will take place in December, with a commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.98 - $19.96 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
