- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance customer interactions.
