A non-profit organization in Goleta, CA is looking for a Temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team!
Pay: $20-$21 an hour
Location: Onsite in Downtown Santa Barbara, CA
Duration: TEMP – Until the end of the year
Schedule: Part-time, Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (About 30 hrs/week)
Start: ASAP
Job Duties:
- Reception Phone: Answer calls and questions, direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Review emails and direct to appropriate staff members
- Apply postage to outgoing mail, catalog and drop off at post office each afternoon
- Supply ordering: Monitoring inventory, proactive ordering and ad hoc ordering based on needs
- Deliveries: Receive deliveries and alert appropriate staff members to collect their order
- Vendor Support: Greet vendors, direct them to area of need, open offices for them
- Work orders: Submitting tickets in Commercial Cafe for repairs, concerns, etc.
- Meeting Support: Help set up/clean up of conference rooms
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as an Admin/Receptionist
