To serve all guests of The Park while providing a unique ministry opportunity for the community to experience Jesus through a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Tuesday Sunday hours are available. Evening, Weekend and Holiday Break availability preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
- Understand and represent the mission of the Park to the community
- Provide oversight of The Park space with an emphasis on maintaining an environment that is welcoming and inviting
- Ensure that all guests of the Park are greeted and manage check in process for all adults
- Communicate to appropriate staff regarding any security issues or concerns
- Ensure efficient monitoring of the Park for cleanliness, safety and capacity
- Maintain general knowledge about the Park and TPCC to be able to share information with guests
- Ensure efficient and complete management of administrative duties when needed
- Perform daily cleaning duties during and at the end of every shift
- Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and preparedness to execute plans when necessary
- Problem-solve in the moment and manage large crowds at peak times
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- This position reports directly to: Community Engagement Director
- Member of Ministry Engagement Department
- Maintain harmonious relationships with other staff members, facilitating inter-team collaboration among departments
- Will be a fully engaged member of TPCC
- Will be a TPCC ambassador to the community

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTS
- May include long periods of standing
- May include climbing in play apparatus
- Daily cleaning and onsite cleanup will be necessary
- Hours may flex based on weekends, school breaks, holidays and busy seasons for the Park
