Optometric Assistant/ Technician
We are looking for a candidate that is responsible, works well with others and enjoys working with people. As an optometric assistant, the position includes pretesting of the patients as well as front desk duties. Experience in the optometric or healthcare field is desired, but we will train the right candidate for this position.
Job description:
Assisting the optometrist by doing patient pre-testing work-ups.
Office duties including scheduling appointments and answering phone, checking insurance eligibility.
New skills and training will be trained as progress is made.
Work schedule includes Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
