Position Overview:
As an Operations Warehouse Associate, you’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your role will involve managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining our high standards of quality control. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, organizing, and tracking of book inventory with accuracy, ensuring every title is logged and easily accessible.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision, ensuring they are delivered to customers, retailers, and distributors on time and in perfect condition.
Quality Control: Inspect both incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure that all books meet our high standards of quality before they leave the warehouse.
Warehouse Optimization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently, implementing best practices to maximize productivity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a supportive team environment.
Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve order-related inquiries promptly, contributing to our reputation for excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred, especially in publishing or book distribution.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Physical Ability: Able to lift and move heavy boxes, with experience using warehouse equipment.
Communication: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude.
