Onsite HOA Community Manager
Job Summary
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Home Owners Association. Your primary focus will be, posting payments, collecting delinquent accounts, maintaining positive owner relations, ensuring property upkeep, and preparing monthly financial reports. The hours will typically be scheduled between 9 and 6 Monday - Friday 2-3 days per week, but some evenings will be required to meet with the board and owner meetings. (monthly or less). Hours will be based on work load and flow. This IS A PART TIME position has 401k match and Blue Cross Blue Shield Platinum Plan plus Dental and Vision that is fully employer paid for the employee only.
Responsibilities
- Manage owner inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track owner interactions and address issues effectively
- Oversee facility management tasks to guarantee smooth operations within the community
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and violations in order to address them promptly
- Implement strategies for community events and activities to enhance resident satisfaction
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate owner records and payments
Requirements
-This position will report directly to the President and the board of directors. Ensure Docs, By-Laws, rules and regulations are followed and take direction only from the President and directors while politely declining requests not feasible from residents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with owners, while only taking direction from the directors.
-This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a vibrant community environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
