New Home Designer/Selections Coordinator/Kitchen & Bath Designer

We are currently building 60 homes and commercial buildings. We are looking to fill 2 positions of Home Designers who are dedicated, honest and diligent. The Company provides great growth opportunity with great benefits and Stock options.
The Job responsibilities include:
1. Consult Customer on selections exterior and interior design.
2. Design Cabinetry, Vanity, pantry, kitchens and bathrooms
3. Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure right product is purchased
4. Manage Systems to reflect the selections are in the contract.
5. Provide best customer service until house delivery
Qualifications & Competencies:
1. A passion for making people’s lives better
2. Ability to put your customer’s needs first
3. Strong drive to succeed and to be the best
4. experienced with home design software like Chief Architect
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
6. Demonstrated ability to forge strong, long-term relationships with clients
7. Speaks professionally and clearly
8. Must have a clean driving record
9. Must pass a background check and drug screen test
10. Able to speak both English and Spanish is a plus!!

Pay: $45,819.00 - $87,305.00 per year
