POSITION: Administrator DEPARTMENT: Administration REPORTS TO: VP of Operations FLSA: Exempt The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operations of the nursing home facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care to residents while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Administrator leads and supports staff, manages budgets, oversees the development of policies, and ensures a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor the performance of the facility and make adjustments to optimize care and services.
Ensure the facility complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of care and service.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve resident care.
Develop and manage the facility's budget, including revenue projections and expense control.
