Home Health Aide
Looking for a competent Home Health Aide to support activities of daily living. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. Experience in housekeeping tasks and personal care services/homecare preferred. However, this is a great opportunity for someone out of high school, starting to get back into the workforce, or with little to no history.
The job is in the Dekalb Junction, NY area. Coverage is 24 hour care in total. Full-time and part-time positions are available. There are at least 5 positions open. Part-time caregivers receive receive paid time off. Full-time caregivers receive more benefits: AFLAC Policies, Retirement 403b, health insurance, dental insurance, Vision, NYS Paid Family Leave, life insurance, paid time off. The rate of pay is $17.55 per hour.

Responsibilities:
The Consumer Directed Personal Attendant Services (CDPAS) program is a non-traditional homecare program where the consumer who receives care hire, trains, schedules, and terminates a PA of their choosing. Experience is not necessary, but encouraged.

Pay: $17.55 per hour
Expected hours: 168 per week
