- Assist with the direction and oversight of the development of a successful Program
- Assist with the organization of practices and instruction of athletes in the fundamentals of sport.
- Assist in the development of leadership skills, positive self-image, and pride in athletes
- Assist with the implementation of athletic philosophy concerning attitude, discipline, rules and academic standards
- Foster good working relationships with parents, teaching staff, other coaches and the community
