Business Growth Management: Proactively engage with potential customers and the community to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, thereby driving business revenue growth.
Leadership of Instructors: Take charge of leading and motivating our passionate instructors. Ensure their thorough training in our education methodology and foster their dedication to delivering an outstanding learning experience for our students.
Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations and offer administrative support, including tasks such as reviewing student assessments and diagnoses, responding to inquiries, and implementing office procedures and systems.
Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to provide exceptional customer service. Cultivate and uphold a high level of confidence in the value of our program.
Requirements:
Effective Communication Skills: A proven track record of strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen and operational knowledge
Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational abilities with a reputation for reliability.
Self-Motivated and Prioritization: A self-starter with the capability to independently prioritize, plan, organize, and execute tasks with initiative and efficiency.

Mathematical Proficiency: Strong math skills, with a proficiency level in Algebra II.
