Moulder Operator Location: Bend, OR

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and hardworking Moulder Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be flexible, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. This position offers competitive compensation, with experienced Moulder Operators earning up to $29.29 per hour when productivity and maintenance expectations are met. Openings are available for both push-through and pull-through pattern moulders, with straight knife operators earning up to $25.36 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate machines used in the manufacturing processes to produce component materials.
Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and calipers.
Possess verifiable work history on wood moulders and tenoners.
Adhere to safe work practices and prioritize safety in all tasks.
Maintain dependability and reliability to ensure consistent quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attendance record.
Strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
