Marketing Director
Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy and drive brand growth in the automotive sector. Pay: From $75,090.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, advertising, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with commercial objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the automotive or consumer goods industry.
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Pay: From $75,090.00 per year
