Summary: The Marketing & Facility Support Coordinator works in a supportive role for clinical and administrative teams to help provide smooth continuation of patient care that is safe, comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. This position will also serve as the day-to-day lead for Marketing for providers and services. Responsible for all service line marketing coordination, review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, and administrative activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work as part of a team focused on the delivery of high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Market to referring providers and groups. Visiting referring provider offices on a rotating schedule to visit each office at least 4 times per year.
Provide marketing materials and offer assistance as needed to improve patient referral process.
Maintain the marketing excel workbook and update daily.
Participate in marketing events, health fairs, and referring provider open houses.
Communicate and educate target audience regarding screening colonoscopy and other pertinent services at events.
Update referring provider information and communicates with appropriate team members in a timely manner.
Order marketing materials as needed.
Maintain the appearance of each office to include upfit recommendations, repairs, cleanliness, organization, and equipment needs.
Upholds the CDHA mission by actively contributing to the achievement of organizational goals, supporting leadership, promoting unity and teamwork for the benefit of patients.
Adheres to all industry standards related to infection control, patient confidentiality, and regulatory and accrediting body's requirements (i.e., HIPAA, OSHA, and AAAHC).
Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Completes all mandatory reviews/educational required and assigned.
One years related experience and/or training. Is actively committed to meeting / exceeding employee expectations / satisfaction in the performance of job functions.
Specialized Knowledge Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Great attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
