Dispatcher FTZ
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Free Trade Zone Dispatcher to manage the movement and tracking of goods within a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) environment. This role will ensure compliance with customs regulations, manage inventory records, and coordinate logistics activities for goods entering and exiting the FTZ. The ideal candidate will have experience with import/export documentation, familiarity with customs regulations, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Pay: $11.13 - $13.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods within the Free Trade Zone, ensuring compliance with FTZ and customs regulations.
- Prepare and verify documentation for goods entering and leaving the zone, including import/export paperwork.
- Track and record inventory movements to maintain accurate and compliant records.
- Work closely with customs officials, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic audits to ensure compliance with FTZ regulations.
- Address any discrepancies in documentation, inventory, or shipping to prevent operational delays.
- Stay updated on changes in customs and FTZ regulations to maintain compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or FTZ environment.
- Knowledge of FTZ regulations and customs compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of documentation accurately.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $11.13 - $13.68 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
