Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven Marketing Coordinator to help us grow and spread Right at Home magic in the tri-cities area.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving!):

Spread Joy: Be the face of Right at Home in the community, sharing our mission to empower individuals to live their best lives.
Build Connections: Form partnerships with local businesses, referral sources, and care facilities that share our passion for making a difference.
Create Buzz: Attend and organize fun, engaging community events that raise awareness and excitement about Right at Home.
Drive Growth: Develop and execute creative outside sales strategies that get results—while having a blast doing it!
Be a Storyteller: Educate the community about our life-changing services, helping families and partners see the value we bring.
Celebrate Success: Collaborate with an amazing team that’s as passionate about helping others as you are.

Who We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus.
Experience: You’ve got at least 2 years in marketing or sales, and you know how to make things happen.
People Person: You’re a natural at building relationships, engaging an audience, and leaving a lasting impression.
Go-Getter: Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently with a “let’s make it happen” attitude.
Flexible: We believe in work-life balance, so we’re all about supporting you when life gets busy.
