Right at Home in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. We provide a range of assistance services to the elderly, disabled, and those recovering from hospital stays in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior, and needs.
- Experience in home care or other caregiving fields preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to meet client needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
