Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

As a Marketing and Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in promoting our organization, engaging with prospective candidates, and ensuring we remain a leader in recruiting the best professionals for our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Recruitment Campaigns: Create and manage targeted marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Brand Development: Promote our company as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and benefits through compelling content and storytelling.
Candidate Engagement: Use innovative outreach techniques to connect with top talent and build a pipeline of qualified professionals.
Digital Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media ads, to maximize recruitment efforts.
Event Coordination: Plan and attend recruitment events such as career fairs, webinars, and open houses to build awareness and generate leads.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create customized strategies to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (healthcare experience is a plus).
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software is a bonus.
