Digital Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media ads, to maximize recruitment efforts.
Event Coordination: Plan and attend recruitment events such as career fairs, webinars, and open houses to build awareness and generate leads.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create customized strategies to fill roles efficiently.
